The program is focused on idea and early-stage startups to help move from concept to MVP (minimum viable product) and enable Seed Investment Readiness.
Participants will be spending most of the time talking to customers, suppliers, partners, and competitors; learn how to use a business model canvas to understand & analyze each building blocks of a company and design thinking approach with customer development (get out of the building) to empathize with customer, discover their needs and ideation plus validation processes that follow.
They will develop an MVP (minimum viable product) based on feedback gathered from customer and market feedback and rapidly iterate, build and develop what customers want and are willing to pay for. They also get to practice pitch and fundraising with potential investors.
